Who collects the information
This website is operated by New Zealand Miracle Water Ltd, the producer of HBay Natural Artesian Water. Personal information is handled in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
Information collected
- Email address, when subscribing to the newsletter.
- Name, company, email address, phone number and message, when sending a trade or partnership enquiry.
- Basic technical data such as browser type, device type and pages visited, collected by the web server and analytics tools.
How the information is used
- To send newsletters, product updates and stockist news to subscribers.
- To respond to enquiries and manage trade, distribution and partnership relationships.
- To maintain and improve the website.
Personal information is not sold. It is shared only with service providers that host the website or send email on the company’s behalf, or where disclosure is required by law.
Newsletter
Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe requests can also be sent to admin@nzmiracle.com.
